Young people's day 22nd August
The Dominion Centre, The Green, Southall, Middx 9.30am to 9.30pm.
Drug and Alcohol Action Programme is organising a Unity Day for young people as part of their contribution to empowering young people to enhance their life choices.
"Young people today are concerned about multiple issues - opportunities to enhance their talent, personal safety and the safety of their communities as well as tackling conflict amongst different groups. Drug, alcohol and Khat addiction as well as gun and knife crime are also a primary concern.
This event is for young people led by young people to discuss these issues and to focus on uniting communities." says Perminder Dhillon, CEO, DAAP.
